Clean Flat System for DK715 &740 Card

Clean Flat Tops (CFT) is one of those products which provides great relief to the Carding Maintenance people who struggles to keep the flat tops free from Micro dust loading, Seed Coat embeddings, short fibre Loading.

Why This is Required

CFT works without affecting the Tops wire points. It is also applicable for the cards with 100% Polyester and Blends process.  During the Normal working condition of the Machine, Flat Tops should be clean from seed coats, short-fibers, husks and micro dusts in case of cotton process and Titanium Di-Oxide in case of Polyester and blends. The Micro dust which accumulates over the foundation of flat tops will have perennial problem while carding process.

Construction

It has a Brush roller with four rows of imported Mexican Bristles and two rows of metallic fillets. This Combination of Bristles and fillets helps effective removal of sediment without affecting the flat tops wires points. Drive for this is taken from Cylinder Shaft.
